at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded Northerly partly by land of George W. Smith & Sons
and partly by land of Union Free School District No. 5; Easterly by
land of Louis F. Baker; Southerly partly by land now or formerly of
the Estate of Gilbert H. Terry and partly by land of Rusch and partly
by land of Louis E. Baker and wife; and Westerly by Main Road, said
premises containing by estimation 8. 13 acres , be the same more or less .
PARCEL TWO: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of vacant land,
situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Northerly by land formerly
of Helen Bly and now of William C . Bolenius; Easterly by the several
