of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June, 1956, as Map No. 2575.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Seawood Acres, Inc.
to Robert Zieran and Charlotte H. Zieran, his wife, the parties of the first part
herein, by deed dated October 24, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 25, 1963 in Liber 5440 of deeds at page 360.
