I., N. Y. Dear Howard: Thanks very much for the quick response that I got to my zoning problem. I was gratified to see that the Planning Department approved of my plan. The water system has already been comp- leted for five of the lots, and there is no pro- blem to extend it to the other three lots. 0n my next visit to Outchogue, I will stop in and obtain the necessary forms to make applica- tion to the Board of Appeals. After considerable discussion and consideration the Planning Board recommends to the Board of Appeals that under the present layout if a central water supply system were used for all lots the plan would be satisfactory and the Planning Board recommends that variances be granted on the lots with reduced frontage.
