I., N. Y. Dear Howard: Thanks very much for the quick response that I got to my zoning problem. I was gratified to see that the Planning Department approved of my plan. The water system has already been comp- leted for five of the lots, and there is no pro- blem to extend it to the other three lots. 0n my next visit to Outchogue, I will stop in and obtain the necessary forms to make applica- tion to the Board of Appeals. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman Southold, New York Gentlemen: Reference is made to the enclosed map of property of W. Harry Lister referred to the Planning Board by the Board of Appeals. After considerable discussion and consideration the Planning Board recommends to the Board of Appeals that under the present layout if a central water supply system were used for all lots the plan would be satisfactory and the Planning Board recommends that variances be granted on the lots with reduced frontage.
