REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because a;Jplicante have owned this structure in which
businesses unrelated to their own have beeD conducted tor over
tLlir ty years and strict aP1Jlication would result in inability to
sell seid see ferate Lusiness prop" rty.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because the parcel which is the
subject of this application is one of the few parcels in the area
tbat doe s not comply wi th the present provisiuns of the ~oning
0rdimmce.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because no chanF;e will in fact ue made except
that of owneNhi., of the subject parceL
