A previous application was made for a special exception (three separate applications) in connection with signs for the new building housing the bowling alley. ~he exceptions were granted and in the case of two applications the signs were erected in accordance with the permit. These previous applications, however, were made by a sign maker under contract wtth the owner of tge building and the landlord of the present tenant, the applicant here, who occupies the building under a long term lease, is the operator of the powling alley and related facilities and directly concerned with the utility of the signs. Reference is made to a special exception being sought in a companion application. The applicant is prepared to show at the hearing facts on which the Board can base a favorable finding.
