THIS INDENTURE, made the 30th day of November , nineteen hundred and seventy—one

party of the first part, and CHARLES W. WILD and SYLVIA H. WILD , his wife,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcei of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows :
COMNLENCING at a concrete monument in the northerly side of Lake Court,
� 1 marking the easterly end of a curve in said northerly side of Lake
Court, having a radius of 131.79 feet; thence running along the north-
erly side of Lake Court, South 641 58' East, 25 feet to a locust stake ,
marking the point or place of beginning of the premises described herei
and from said point or place of beginning; thence running North 25° 02'
5 East along land now or formerly of Frank Thorns and Jeanne H. Thorns ,
his wife , 111.51 feet to a locust stake ; thence running South 441 2.4'
30" East along said land now or formerly of Thorns , 96.22 feet to the
shoreline of Lake Leeton, formerly known as Great Pond; thence running
southwardly along said shoreline of Lake Leeton as it winds and turns
on a course South 05° 31 ' S0" East, 90.26 feet to the point where laic
northerly side of Lake Court intersects same ; thence running along sore
northerly side of Lake Court, North 64° 58' West, 136 feet, more or
less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with"all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part to any additional land formed by accretion to said premises
M and to land under waters of Great Pond (Leeton Lake) adjacent to said

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
o roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETIIER with the appurtenances
m and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO 1IAVF AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors- and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
N AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
S AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
