THIS INDENTURE, made the 11 th der of June nineteen hundred and Seventy-one

HARVEY D. VOM LEHN and B. LORETTA VOId LEHN, his wife,
both residing at 44 Cameron Drive, Huntington, New York
party of the first part, and
B. LORETTA VOM LEHN, one of the parties of the first
part, residing at 44 Cameron Drive, Huntington, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart,in coni ideration of Ten DOW&and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the bei&
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and ®provesuents thereon sractnd, situate,
lying and being incite at Laughing Water, near Southold, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the easterly side of Minnehaha
Boulevard distant 186 feet southerly along the easterly side of
Minnehaha Boulevard from the corner formed by the intersection of
the easterly side of Minnehaha Boulevard with the squtherly side
` t of Opechee Avenue, said point also being a point on the, easterly side
of Minnehaha Boulevard where same is intersected by the northerly
side of premises herein described and land now or formerly of
Jean I•f. Lohn adjoining on the North; running thence South 74 degrees,
47 minutes 00 seconds East along said last mentioned land, 91. 0 feet
.l 3 to a bulkhead and the waters of Corey Creek; thence South 1 degree
} 36 minutes 40 seconds West, along said bulkhead, 63 . 0 feet to land
`\ now or formerly of Vanderbeck; thence North 74 degrees 47 minutes
00 seconds West alongsaid last mentioned land, 96 . 0 feet to the
easterly side of Minnehaha Boulevard; thence North 6 degrees 06
minutes 00 seconds East along the easterly side of I•tinnehaha Boulevard,
62. 0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE same premises conveyed to
parties of the first part by deed dated September 29, 1969, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 30 , .1969
in Liber 6632 at Page 156 .

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of theparty of the first part Of, in and to any straw sod
roads abetting the above-described premises to the anter lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appattmwwn
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said pr�dw; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the UcB Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to reeefve such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cmc of the improvementand well
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the nine fw
any other purpose.
The word "party shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requirn.
