described premises conveyed to the party ofthe tim part by deed deled January 12, 2005, and recorded in
the Soffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber D00012370, at pnse 306.
TOGETHER with ill right, title and interest, if any, ofthe puffy of the firs1 putt in and to any steers and

apparteannces, and also all the estete which the said Grantor had at the time of said Treat Ag~ement in said

the first part will receive the consideration for this eooveyanne and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fi~nd to he applied first for the propose of paying the cost of the impmvemant and
