the intersection of the northerly slda of North Street and the westerly side of Third Street said beginning point
being the southeast comer of premises herein and the northeast comer of land now or formerly of Checkllck
as same intersects the westerly side of Third Street;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Clark and Checklick, South 83 degrees 14 minutes 50
seconds West 345.82 feet to lend now or formerly of the Village of Gresnport;
THENCE along land now or formedy of the Village of Greenport North 18 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds
West 103.87 feet to land now or formerly of Laibman;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Leibman, North 83 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East 367.5'~ feet to
the westerly side of Third Street;
THENCE along the westerly side of Third Street South 06 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 101.55 feet to
the polnl or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same promises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed from ANN

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and made
ebuffing the above describecl premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtananc~ and all

premises herein granted unto the party of the second bert, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
Ihe second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premlsas have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of Ihe first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the'
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such cenaidaretion
ss a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the s~ne
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party" shall be construed es if it mad "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
