Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office September 17, 1928 under Map No. 212 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: CO~ENCING at a monument set at the point of intersection of the southerly line of Peconlc Bay Boulevard and the westerly l£ne of lands now or formerly of' E.D.
