of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00)
paid by thc party of the second part, does hereby rcmisc, release and quitclaim unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors ned assigns of the pa~y of the second part forever,
Sec Schedule A attached hereto
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, reservations ned easements of record, now in
force and cffcct; and
TOGETHER with all right, title ned interest, if ney, of the party of the first part, in and
to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party oftha first part in
and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the puny of
the second part, thc hcirs and assigns forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first pa~ will receive the consideration for this conveyance ned will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fired to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost ofthc improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of thc
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "part~ shall bc construed as if it read "pm~ies" whcncvcr thc sense of this
indenture so requires.

ALL that cmain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Nassau Point,
Cutchoguc, in tho Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known as
Lots $ and 6 on map entitled, "Map of Proposed Subdivision, Section A, Nassau Point
Club Properties, Inc." surveyed by Wallace H. Halsoy, C.R., Junc, 1919, filed October 4,
1919 as Map No. 745 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the Krst part has duly executed this deed lhe day and
