the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 20606 of Mortgages at Page
503, pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure. and Sale entered by the
Suffolk County Supreme Court on July 19, 2006, and in consideration of
SIX HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($ 641,000.00) DOLLARS paid
by the Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the sale under said
judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee and the
successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, known and designated as
Lots #20 and #21 on a certain map entitled, 'Map of Peconlc Bay Oaks,
situate at Indian Neck, Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, owned and developed by Henry J. Smith and Stella M. Smith, His
Wife, Peconic, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 18, 1961 as Ma No. 3434, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:

Block: 05.00 Lot: 006.000
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed
by Deed from Robert Anthony Villa and Elizabeth Mary Villa, his wife,
to Scott Casaburro and Christine Casaburro, his wife, dated December
3, 2003 and recorded December 30, 2003 in Liber 12292, Page 498.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee and
the successors and assigns of the Grantee forever. Whenever the text
hereof requires, the singular number as used herein shall include the
plural and all genders.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has duly executed this deed on the
date first above written.
