WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration often Dolhu~ and No Cents
(SIO.O0), lawful money oflhe United States, paid by the party of thc second part, does hereby grant and
release unto thc party ofthe second part, the heirs or successors and aasigns ol'the party of thc second part
forever..
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with thc buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more
particularly described on the annexed Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING and intended to be thc same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by d~ni dated August
18, 2000 and recorded August 29, 2000 in I..iher 12066 page 826 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party ofthe first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thezeof,
TOGETHER with the al~purtenances and nil'the'estate and rights of the party ofthe first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA WE,4ND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
succeasors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to r~:eive
such consideration as n trust fund to he applied first for the propose of paying thc cost of the improvement
and will apply the same fu'st to the payment ofthe cost of the improvement hcfom using any pan of the
total of the asrne for any othtr purpose.
The word "party" shall he construed as il'it read "parties" whenever the sense o£this indenture so
requires.

approved by the Planning Board of the Town of Southold on 3uno :L2, Lg73 (excluding therefrom however, the
25 foot right of way running along the entire southwestady line thereo~ more partlcolady bounded and
described as follows:
BEGiNNiNG at a point 22.1S feet northeast of a concrete monument at the southeast corner of land of
Hagulre, which monument is 600.00 feet, more or less, southeestedy along the northeesteHy line of the 'Old
