of the second part. does hereby grant and release unto the party

0'Doherty, his wife, dated July 14, 2004 and recorded August 6,
2004 in Liber 12335 page 812.

party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;

will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be

cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
AND the party of the second part in accordance with chapter
XXXVI of the Suffolk County Charter (Suffolk County Resolution
No. 840-2004), including but not limited to §§ 36-1(A)(1) and
(B) thereof, and Suffolk County Resolution Nol 412-2005, severs

Space) Bond Act funds in accordance with Suffolk County
Resolution No., 840-2004 (Chapter XXXVI of the Suffolk County
Charter) and Sbffolk County Resolution No. 412-2005, for the
