certain deed to Edwin A. Smith (now deceased) and Johanna A.
Smith, his wife, dated October 24, 1967 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6244 of Deeds, at Page
174. The said Edwin A. Smith having died on January 8, 1981.
This deed is being made pursuant to the Commission to
Guardian, dated August 3, 1999 and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 3, 1999.
