SWEET, residing at Mill Road, Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, � e party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate, lying and being Jer at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 37 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Bailey Park, Property of Carrie A. Bailey", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of - Suffolk on September 26, 1932, as Map No. 1097. NETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of t the first part, if any, of, in and to Mill Road, lying in front of and adjacent to said premises, to the center line thereof.
