marks the Northeast corner of premises now or formerly of Jacob Simeoni
and the Northwest corner of the within premises; running thence North
47° 00' East 285.64 feet along the southerly side of North Road to a
monument; running thence North 460 07 ' 30" East 18. 17 feet still along
the southerly side of North Road to a monument; running thence South
39° 58' 50" East 560. 84 feet along land now or formerly of John Dixon
to land of Long Island Railroad; running thence South 47° Ol' 20" West
311. 72 feet along land of Long Island Railroad to a monument and run-
ning thence North 39° 09' 50" West 560. 90 feet along land now or former-
ly of Jacob Simeoni to the monument set on the South side of North Road
at the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by Morris Levine, by deed dated May 28, 1938 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 1, 1938 in Liber 1984 of Deeds
at Page 518.
