Z� THIS INDENTURE,made the 7 day of May nineteen hundred and severity—one BETWEEN ALFONSO AMATO as Administrator c .t.a. of the .Estate of PAUL AMATO, a/k/a PAUL R. AMATO, residing at34Briarfield Lane , Huntington, New York, party of the first part, and JEROME D. SILBERSTEIN, residing at Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, New York, party of the second part, Twenty two thousand ($22 ,000. )Dollars WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration o/A�=kwun¢tnd other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and belrg in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Lake Drive , where the westerly line of premises hereby conveyed intersects said southerly side of Lake Drive , said point being also distant t ' 506.03 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection c; of the easterly side of Lake Court with the southerly side of Lake Drive , and from said point running thence along the southerly side of Lake Drive north 430 52 ' 3011 east a distance of 50 feet) running thence south 440 24' 3011 east 253 feet more or less to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton (formerly known as Great Pond) ; 1 running thence westerly along the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton as it winds and turns , the tTe line of which runs I a course of south 430 52 ' 30" west a distance of 50 feet; running thence along lands now or formerly of Blydenburgh north 440 24' 30" west a distance of 253 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Frank M. DuPont and Helen M. Dupont his wife , to the decedent by deed dated the 12th day of June, 19259 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5765 at page 280, together with all rights and privileges therein conta"ned and subject to the covenants , rights, reservations, conditions and restrictions therein set forth. TO ,FTlliilt with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGI;.THER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO I TOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apple the same first to the pa)'stent of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
