Petra Milcetich, his wife, dated 10/31/59, recorded 11/2/59 in Liber

I recorded 11/9/59 in Liber 4722 cp 9.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as were heretofore
conveyed by Ernest C. Maier to Walter Sawicki and Frank Sawicki,
parties of the second part and grantees herein, by deed dated
March 3, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office in
Liber 5920 of Deeds at page 441 on March 4, 1966.
Il That this deed is given for the purpose of disposing and
conveying any and all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the above described premises.
