Milcetich and Petra Milcetich, his wife, dated 10/31/59, recorded 11/2/59 in Liber I 4718 cp 421; (4) To Anthony Carcich and Peter J. Herzich dated 11/3/59 I recorded 11/9/59 in Liber 4722 cp 9. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as were heretofore conveyed by Ernest C. Maier to Walter Sawicki and Frank Sawicki, parties of the second part and grantees herein, by deed dated March 3, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 5920 of Deeds at page 441 on March 4, 1966.
