Avenue South 790 12 ' West 115 feet to land now or formerly of
Pinecrest Dunes, Inc. ; running thence along said last mentioned
land two courses as follows : (1) North 10° 48 ' West 158. 53 feet;
(2 ) North 29° 12 ' East 150 feet more or less to Great Pond, thence
r- southwesterly along the shore line of Great Pond as it winds and
turns 100 feet more or less to the northwesterly corner of the said
land now or formerly of Luvia M. Willard; running thence along said

These premises consist of the lands described in Liber 3117
cp 364, Liber 3852 cp 590, Liber 5425 cp 141 in all of which Kenneth N.
Schold was the grantee. Also Liber 6446 cp 284 in which Kenneth N.
Schold and Irene Schold, his wife, were grantees. It is the purpose
of this deed to describe the four acquisitions of real property as
II one parcel and to vest the title thereof in Kenneth N. Schold and
NIrene Schold, his wife, as tenants by the entirety. The parcel of
land herein described is the same as that described in the above
four mentioned deeds when taken together.
