WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the
above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was
duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 19th day of
March , 196c71, and that thereupon title in feesimple to the property to be
acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the
proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the
i owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by.the
Court without a jury, and
} WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of

owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding
as *Sroc*60- Parcel 2, which said parcel of property is more particularly described as
follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for County Park Purposes, as shown
on a map and described as follows:
PARCEL "2"
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of an existing Right
of Way at the intersection of the said boundary+ with the division line
between the lands of James Genovese, reputed owner on the east, and
the lands of Pinecrest Dunes, Inc. , reputed owner on the west; thence
N 54°- 22 ' 50" W along said division line 218.00 feet to a point on the
tT� highway water mark of Long Island Sound; thence N 32 ° 54' 20" E along
O said high water mark 199.17 feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of Carl Graseck, reputed owner on the east and the
lands of James Genovese, reputed owner on the west; thence S 541. 22"
rn 50" E along said division line 207.00 feet1to its intersection with the
C7 northerly boundary of said existing Right—of—Way; thence S 29° 45 ' 20" W
along the last mentioned boundary of said existing Right—of—Way 200.00 r
feet to the point or beginning; being 0.970 acre more or less.
