TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon Waters - edge Way, Longview Lane, Pleasant Place and Rambler Road for their entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above mentioned filed map. RESERVING however to the party of the first part the title to the land in said roads and the right to herself, her grantees and successors in'` interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant ease- ments therein, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
