i at Southold, -Town of Sonthold, Suffolk County, New York" surveyed December
10, 1956 by Otto W. VanTuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New
York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd
day of January, 1959, as Eap No. 2910.
TOGETHER with the ri-fht, in common with other owners of the lots shown
on said Map, to the use of the "Cormnunity Beach" as designated on said
map, subject to the ri,,rht of Surfline Corporation to dedicate same to the
proper governmental agency, or to convey same to the SOUTHOLD BAY HAVEN
PROPERTY OWNERS ' ASSOCIATION, INC. , for the use and maintenance thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and utility easements, if any, of
record affecl,ing said premises.
SUBJECT to a first mort-age which the grantees named herein hereby
