Mayer and partly along other land no:; or formerly of M.D. Dickerson to an iron pipe; (2) South 65 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East 431.15, feet along other land no-,, or formerly of M.D. Dickerson to an iron pipe which marks the division of the land no,: or formerly of M.D.Dickerson and H.M. Terry; (3) South 27 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 297.29 feet along land now or formerly of said H.M. RESERVhTION: An easement is hereby reserved for the Erantor, his heirs and assigns, of a right of way for inress and egress, over the present driveway along the westerly end of the property herein conveyed, which is more particularly d s- cribed as being 21 feet in width, from other land of the Grantor adjoining these premises, and for all purposes, to Main Bay,✓ie:a Road. This easement is to ran with and be appurtenant to the land of the grentor adjoining these promises. RESERVATION: An easement is hereby reserved for the grantor, his heirs and assigns, of the right to install or to have installed above or Belo-:•; ground of said driveway referred to in the preceedin- Reser✓4tion, all utilities now available or to become available from Main Bayview Road to other land of the grantor adjoinin these premises; this easement to run with and b-- appurtenant to such other land of the grantor. 'his is a correction deed only, it being intended to eliminate from the Reservations above contained in deed dated June 2, 1960 and recorded on June 8, 1960 in Liber 4E202 on. 126, the following language which was erroneously and inadvertently inserted in said deed: "title to the land burdened by the two easements as above set forth is and shall remain in the name of the grantor only".
