Box 275) Hampton Bays, New York 11946, party of the first part, and JOHN PRESTON and ETHEL M. PRESTON, his wife, both residing at 13 Seneca Drive, Commack, New York 11725, party of the second part, WTTNFFSSETK that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the Second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, and designated as and by Lot No. 3 `on a certain map entitled, "Map of Corey Creek Estates at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York ant D filed in the •Suffolk County Clerk' s Off}ce on August 15, 1967 as Map #49 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same p emises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by Deed frim KURT HAMBSCH et al. , dated 5-21-66 and recorded 6-16-66 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber 5974, cep. 552.
