PARCEL ONE
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of a 20 foot right-of-
way hereinafter described (which point is the northwesterly corner of
the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of land
formerly of Hyatt and now or formerly of Williams) ; from said point of
beginning running thence in a southeasterly direction along the soufst
erly line of said 20 foot right-of-way South 64 degrees 50 minutes/, a
distance of 120.66 feet; running thence along other land of Mae F.
Offenheiser South 25 degrees 10 minutes West, a distance of 120. 12
feet to land now or formerly of 011ie M. Overton; running thence along
said land of 011ie M. Overton North 83 degrees 20 minutes, a distance
of 127.23 feet to a point marked by a granite monument (which granite
monument is located about 630 feet easterly along the southerly line
of land formerly of Walter . E. Hyatt from the easterly line of Horton's
Lane) ; running thence along said land formerly of Hyatt and now or
formerly of Williams North 25 degrees 10 minutes East, a distance of
160,49 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Said premises being and intended to be a portion of the premises
described in Liber 2366 of Deeds at page 255 , and subject to the
Covenants and Restrictions therein contained.
PARCEL TWO
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of a 20 foot right-
of-.way North 14 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 11. 79
feet along said westerly line and along land of Burns from the curved
northerly line of Horton's Lane, said point of beginning being the
northeasterly corner of land of Oliveri; from said point of beginning
running along said land of Oliveri North 64 degrees 50 minutes West,
a distance of 400 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of

Long Island Sound; thence northeasterly along said high water mark
33 . feet, more or less, to land of Witherspoon; thence along said land
of Witherspoon South 64 degrees 50 minutes East, a distance of 390
feet, more or less, to! a monument on said westerly line of said 20
foot right-of-way; thence along said westerly line South 14 degrees
59 minutes 20 seconds West, 32,58 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over said 20 foot right-of-way from
the northeasterly corner of the premises southerly and then easter-
ly and then again southerly about 150 feet to Horton' s Lane.
TOGETHER WITH (as to Parcel One) , (in common with others) , the
right to the use of a right-of-way 20 feet in width over land of
said Hyatt beginning at the northwesterly corner of Parcel One
above described and running thence southeasterly and then southerly
along said premises to the herein described southeasterly boundary
of land of said Hyatt; thence Southerly along the existing roadway
to Sound View Avenue,
