THIS INDENTURE,made the ij day of October nineteen hundred and Seventy-one, BETWEEN LIDIA O. NORRIS, (widow of JOHN NORRIS, late of the County of Suffolk), residing at Dogwood Lane, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and VICTOR DEL PRADO, residing at 100 Graham Avenue, Brooklyn, Kings County, New York party of the first part, and LIDIA O. NORRIS, residing at Dogwood Lane, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements theteon erected, situate, lying and being in die Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Sound View Avenue at the In easterly corner of the premises herein described and at the intersection of said northwesterly line of Sound View Avenue and the southwesterly line of Dogwood Lane; and running thence along said northwesterly line of Sound View Avenue S. 270 12' 10" W. - 80. 14 feet; thence along land conveyed or about to be con- veyed to Vincent A. Hockberg,N. 420 10' 20" W. - 133. 56 feet, thence along land of Lester E.
