TOGETHER with all the rights which the parties of the first
part have power to convey in and to Little Peconic Bay adjacent to
said premises. -
BEING PART of the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first -
part by' Georgette Campbell by deed dated January 4, 1956 and recor-
ded on January 18, 1956 in Liber 4056 of deeds at page 29 .
