Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Beverly Road distant along said east-

from said point of beginning running thence north 61°59'10" east, 75 feet along the
southerly line of land heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to the

TOGETHER with (1) all the right, title, and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to the water of Arshamomaque Pond and the lands under said
Z waters adjacent to said premises; (2) a right of way over Beverly Road for
C) purposes of ingress and egress, and utilities, between Arshamomaque Pond
and the North Road; and (3) an easement, in common with others, to lay, relay,
tO operate and maintain a water supply line 'where the same is presently located
co and two feet on either side thereof, across the lands of the party of the second
part to Beverly Road, lands of Fiedler, Old Cove Boulevard and lands of
Helmut Hass to the North Road and the water main therein of the incorporated'
Village of Greenport.

utilities, including a water supply line, to the lands of the party of the first

SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
