WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

E lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
$ successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingX2L21#X at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, known and designated as and by Lot No. 44 on a' certain
map entitled "ir!ap of Terry 'VI+ aters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suf-
folk County, i1.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on December 29th, 1958 as Map #2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon 'Waters-
edge Vray, Longview Lane, Pleasant Place and Rambler Road for their
entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on i
said above mentioned filed map.

RESERVING however to the party of the first part the title to the land
in said roads and the right to herself, her grantees and successors n j
in interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant
easements therein, for the construction and maintenance of public
utilities .
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot g#8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to i
the extent of 80 feet, more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of
the parcel designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach v 1
(residents only)" . q
TOGETHM with the right to use in common with other lot owners (said
right being only for the benefit of the above described premises )
for bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly 300 feet, more 1
or less, of the parcel desi gated on the above mentioned filed map
as "Comrnunity Park and Beach (residents only)" . RESERVING however
to the party of the first part the right to change the location of
the northerly boundary thereof as hereinabove provided.
SUBJECT to the restrictions set forth in a declaration trade end re-
corded by the party of the first part on September 8, 1958, in the i
Suffolk County Cterk's Office in Liber 4508 cp 380, which are he
extended to January 1st, 1980.
