name of the party of the second part in a deed made by party of
the first part hereto to the party of the second part hereto,
executed, acknowledged and delivered on the 31st day of December,
1969, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 6687 of deeds, page 82, on the 8th day of January,
1970.
