on the southeasterly line or side of said highway leading from Town

of said highway leading from Town Harbor Lane to the Harbor 320 feet '
to the point and place of beginning.

in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land and land under water
lying in front of the premises above described bounded and described

intersection of the westerly line of Town Harbor Lane with the South-
easterly line of the highway leading from Town Harbor Lane to the
Harbor;
