SECOND: To attach to the electric distribution lines erected or to be erected thereon other wires for the purpose of providing electric service to consumers upon property adjacent to said easements and rights-of-way. THIRD: To trim from time to time any trees along said lines so that the lines and wires thereon may be clear by at least forty-eight (48) inches on either side. FOURTH: To permit the attachment of communication and telephone service wires and facilities of other public utility companies and to convey to such other companies an interest in the easements and rights-of-way I herein granted. FIFTH: To permit such access from the street over the bal- ance of the grantgr's property as is necessary for the enjoyment of the ease- ments and rights-of-way herein granted.
