BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Sound View
Avenue where the same is intersected by the Southwesterly side
of land now or formerly of Bittner formerly William Austin Haynes;
running thence along said land and along land now or formerly of i

East 558. 99 feet and South 44 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East
1 50 feet; running thence along land now or formerly of Sepenoski
formerly Fox South 45 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West 216. 04
feet to land now or formerly of Cosden; running thence along said
land North 45 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 712 . 13 feet to
the Southerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence along the
Southerly side of Sound View Avenue the following courses and
distances : (1) North 81 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East 5. 55 feet;
(2) along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius
of 666.83 feet, the chord of which bears North 71 degrees 40 minutes
30 seconds East 224. 97 feet, a distance along said curve of 225. 98
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the grantors herein by Clement W. Booth, Jr. by deed dated April
27, 1966 recorded May 3, 1966 in Liber 5950 at page 372.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

l, - A purchase money mortgage made by Theodore W. Libath, II and
Barbara J. Libath, his wife, to Kenneth N. Schold and Irene Schold,
his wife, in the amount of $9, 000.00 as part consideration for the
purchase of the above described premises, is intended to be recorded
simultaneously herewith.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
IIthe first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
elation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
1 The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
