ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, vt&A situate,
tying and being ia]be at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, being Lot No. 9 on a certain map entitled *Map of Terry
Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed
in the off ios of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29th,
1958 as Map #2901; SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the rights of others having
the use of the adjoining marina, ih ich marina as now dug extends into
the southerly corner of the said Lot No. 9.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon Waters-
edge Way, Longview Lane, Pleasant Place and Rambler Road for their
entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on
said above mentioned filed map.
RESERVING however to the party of the first part the title to the
land in said roads and the right to herself, her grantees and succes
sors in interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to
grant easements therein, for the construction and maintenance of
i public utilities.

TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto
to the extent of 80 feet, more or less, being the northerly 80 feet
of the parcel designated on said filed may as "Community Park and
Beach (residents only)" .
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners (said,
right being only for the benefit of the above described premises )
for bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly 300 feet; more

as "Community Park and Beach (residents only)" . RESERVING however
to the party of the first part the right to change the location of
the northerly boundary thereof as hereinabove provided.
