Ilcourses and distances:
1) North 10° 58 ' 20" East 11.47 feet
2) North 10° 58 ' 20" East 23. 57 feet, to an iron pipe set at
Ilan angle in the easterly side of Oaklawn Avenue;
running thence North 130 01 ' 40" West 70 feet;
thence still along the said side of said Avenue and part of

, to a timber bulkhead ;
thence along the timber bulkhead as it twists and turns with =
