1 WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
f paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release.unto the Tarty of for,second Part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
as ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

York, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on
the boundary line between land of the parties of the first part and
land of Potacki, 125.0 feet southeasterly along said boundary line
from a point on the southeasterly line of North Sea Drive , 183.48 feet
northeasterly along said southeasterly line from Kenneys Road, said
point of beginning being the southerly Corner of land conveyed or
about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to Una Belle
Glover; from said point of beginning running along said land conveyed
or about to be conveyed to Una Belle Glover, North 39 Degrees 24 Min-
utes East 100.0 feet; thence along land of Malone , being the center
line of a 20 foot right of way, South 50 Degrees 36 Minutes East 150.0

along said land of Potacki, North 50 Degrees 36 Minutes West 150. 0
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a 20 foot right of way from the northerly corner
of the premises northwesterly 125. 0 feet to North Sea Drive .
ALSO with a 10 foot right of way from the easterly corner of
the premises northwesterly 150 feet to said 20 foot right of way.

the party of the second part forever.
i AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
^o whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
.= any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
