EDSON, residing at (no number) Main Road, Southold, New York, as executor of the last will and testament of Richard E. Schiefer late of Southold, New York, who died on the 31stday of March nineteen hundred and seventy one _ party of the first part, and SENSE STEVE J. DOROSKI, residing at (no number) North Road, Southold, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on 14th day of Sept. 1971 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of C13Seven Thousand & N0/100 ($7,000.00)------------------------- dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingkk4kk near the village of Southold, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:-BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the easterly side of the North Road and northerly side of Bowery Lane; running thence N. 23° 22 ' E. a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pipe and other land of Edward L, Donahue; running thence S, 590 00 ' E, along said other land of Edward L. Donahue a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; running ''thence S. 230 22 ' W. along other land of Edward L. Donahue a distance Jf 140.00 feet . to the Northerly side of Bowery Lane; running thence N. 59' 00 ' W along the northerly side of Bowery Lane a distance of 150.00 feet to the point or place of beginning. _I TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, in and to said Bowery Lane and the North Road, abutting on and adjacent to said premises. Being and intended to be premises conveyed by Edward L. Donahue n to Richard E. Schiefer, by deed dated March 13th, 1947, and recorded Cj in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s O fice in Liber 2687, page 203. m I I - o I TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and "i roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ- ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto eo the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. — r AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. n m Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
