number three (3) and the westerly one-half of_lot_number_two (2) on
a certain map entitled "Map of Section I, Paradise Point at Bayview,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed March 25, 1963,
by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y. , .
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 11th day
of April, 1963, as Map No. 3761, being more particularly bounded and
described according to said map as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Basin Road
where the same is intersected by the dividing line between Lot 3 and
Lot 4 as shown on said map; north 4° 15' 20" east 226.00 feet to the
ordinary high water mark of Town Harbor; thence running along said
high water mark a tie line course and distance of south 89° 28' 00"
east 150. 31 feet; thence through Lot 2, parallel to and 50 feet wester-
ly from the easterly boundary line of Lot 2 south 4° 15' 20" west 226.21
feet to the northerly side of Basin Road; thence along Basin Road South
83° 26' 50" West 50.90 feet and north 850 44' 40" west 100.00 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way for ingress and egress, in
common with others, over the roads as shown on said map, to the
nearest public street.
Together with all right, title and interest on the party
of the first part to the waters of Southold Bay in front of and
adjacent to the said premises and together with all the lands under
said waters.
Subject to covenants and restrictions of record.
