road known as "Majors Path" from said point of beginning; running
along said northeasterly line of Horton Lane, North 64 degrees 50
minutes 00 seconds West, 100.0 feet to a monument and land of Donald
O'Connor; running thence along said land, North 25 degrees 10 minutes
00 seconds East, 175 .54 feet to a monument and land of Mrs. M.
O'Connor; running thence along said land, South 48 degrees`53 minutes
00 seconds East, 104.0 feet to said northwesterly line of "Majors
Path;" running thence along said northwesterly line, South 25 degrees
