EXCEPTING THEREFROM so much thereof as was heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to the party of the second part by Deed dated April 28. 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3347 of Deeds at page 35 on April 30, 1952. PARCEL TWO: ALL that tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows : Southerly by Sound View Avenue Three hundred (300) feet; Westerly by lands formerly of L. May Newbold; Northerly by Great Pond, Three hundred (300) feet, more or less, and Easterly by other lands of the party of the first part. Containing approximately one (1) acre, be the same, more or less. TOGEPHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, of, in and to the lands under the waters of Great Pond, lying in front of and adjacent thereto. Being and intended to be a part of the premises heretofore con- veyed to the party of the first part by deed of Henry L. Jewell and others, dated January 271 1938, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1974 of Deeds at page 508 on April 4, 1938.
