of Southold, New York, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer
L and Surveyor, Greenport, New Yorkt', and filed in the Office of the Clerl
of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 90 .
Together with a permanent easement of said right of way more particular
described in Liber 4859 of deeds at page 563.
