TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon ',,aters -

entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throuphout, on
said above mentioned filed map.
RESERVING however to the party of the first part the title to the land
in said roads and theriFht to herself, her grantees and successors in
interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant ease-
ments therein, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities .
TOGE`1HM- with the right to use in common with other lot owners the area
known as Lot -#8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to the
extent of 80 feet, more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of the

right beim; only for the benefit of the above described premises ) for
