BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Calves Neck Road,
distant 1041.95 feet southerly and easterly when measured along the
westerly and southerly side of Calves Neck Road from the corner formed
by the intersection of the westerly side of Calves Neck Road with the
southerly side of West Hill Road, said point of beginning being where
the easterly line of land now or formerly of Hildreth and the westerly
line of the hereinafter described premises intersects said southerly
side of Calves Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 88 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along
the southerly side of Calves Neck Road 135 feet to the westerly line
of land now or formerly of Hendrickson;
THENCE South 20 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East along last
mentioned land 260.50 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Jockey
Creek;
THENCE westerly along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey
Creek to the easterly line of land now or formerly of Hildreth, a
distance of 196.48 feet measured on a tie line course of North 83
degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West;
THENCE North 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West along last
mentioned land 228.20 feet to the southerly side of Calves Neck Road,
at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to Jockey Creek in front of and abutting
said premises .
