ANTONISON, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both residing at Hiawatha's Path, Southold, New York 11971, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideraCm paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and imovements thereon erected, situate, t lying and being k lit: at Laughing Water, near Southold, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a concrete monument located in the westerly line of Hiawatha' s Path, 142. 20 feet North 8 degrees 47 minutes West from an angle monument as the point of beginning; running thence South CV 87 degrees 51 minutes West 110 feet by and along the property of ,.Arthur Antonison and Edna Antonison to a point; thence North 8 degrees 42 minutes West 112.29 feet to a point; thence North 81 degrees 13 minutes East 109,26 feet by and along property of C.H.Wickham to a X point in the Westerly line of Hiawatha' s Path; thence South 8 degrees 47 minutes East 125 feet to the point and place of beginning.
