MURRYA residing at 99A Ocean Avenue, Massapequa, New York party of the first part, and ZAN and RUTH ZOBEL, residing at 585 West End Avenue, New York, New York and JOSEPH NOVEY, residing at 370 Central Park Avenue, Scarsdale, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue which point is distant 50 feet easterly measured along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue from a point in a monument marking the intersection of the easterly line of the land now or formerly of A. B. Clark with the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, which point is southwest corner of the land herein conveyed; running thence along land now or formerly of McDonald, North 7° 22' 40" West 154.51 feet to a monument at the top edge of the bank; running thence still along said land North 18 41 40 West 75.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence easterly along the same South 840 34" 40" East 137.23 feet to land now or formerly of Levin formerly William Purdy; running thence along said land South 22° 10' 00" East 211.0 feet to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue South 84° 44' 20" West 173.08 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. c^^ BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to John F.
