WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars andother valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
is lying and being in the Hamlet of Pine Neck, Townof Southold , County of Suf-
folk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 47 on
a certain map entitled "Map of Southwood, Lots numbered 1-53 inclu-
sive made from actual survey completed October 1, 1953 by Otto W.

filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Novem-
_ ber 24, 1953 as map no, 2141.
TOGETHER with any and all water rights which the party of the first
part may have for use in common with others of the waters of Goose

TOGETHER with right of ingress and egress for pedestrians and motor
vehicles to and from nearest public highway, r
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by George W. Moser and Elizabeth Moser by deed
dated January 2, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s
Office on January 16, 1963 at Liber of Deeds 5294 Page 90.
