TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to
the extent of 80 feet, more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of
ff, the parcel designated on said filed map as "Community nark and Beach
4 (residents only)" .
I cc TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners (said
right being only for the benefit of the above described promisee ) for
bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly300 feet, more or
less, of the parcel designated on the above mentioned filed map as
"Community Park and beach (residents only)" . RESERVING however to
the party of the first part the right to change the location of the
northerly boundary thereof as hereinabove provided.
SUBJECT to the restrictions set forth in a declaration made and re-
corded by the party of the first part on September 8, 1958, in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4508 ep 380, which are hereby
extended to January 1st , i98U, and to easements of record, if any.
SUBJECT, further, to the rules, regulations and charges which may be
adopted from time to time by the Terry y:aters Property Owners Associa—
tion, Inc . (for care of basins, canals and "Community Park and
Beach" ) .

O roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HA AND TO
v HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
C_ the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
C= oration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same or

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
