the first part in and to Richmond Creek adjoining the above described
premises on the East.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of
the first part by Joseph Krukowski by deed dated November 11, 1971
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber
7049 of conveyances at page `349 on November 17, 1971.
SUBJECT to a mortgage in the original principal amount of $23,000. 00
to Joseph Krukowski, on which there is an unpaid principal balance of
$20,700.00 , plus interest at the rate of seven (7) per cent from the
11th day of May 1972 , which said mortgage the parties of the second
part hereby assume and agree to pay.
