by the northerly line of the dredged canal, a distance of 66. 67 feet;
and westerly by other land of George W. Smith and Sons, Inc. , a
distance of 72 feet, more or less.
The aforesaid PARCEL ONE and PARCEL TWO being contiguous
and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Smith Drive South
(which point is the northeasterly corner of the premises herein des-

THENCE South 30 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 272
feet, more or less, to the northerly line of a dredged canal; running

The aforesaid PARCELS THREE AND FOUR being adjacent and
contiguous and being more particularly bounded and described as
following: -
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Smith Drive South
at the intersection of said southerly line with the dividing line between
lots 48 and 49, as shown on a map entitled "Map of Goose Neck,
situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York"
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as map number 1663;
RUNNING from said point of beginning along said southerly line
of Smith Drive South, North 80 degrees 30 minutes East 35. 71 feet;
THENCE along land conveyed by the party of the first part to
the parties of the second part, by deed dated March 22, 1952, South
30 degrees 30 minutes East 298 feet, more or less, to the northerly
line of a dredged canal;
THENCE westerly along said dredged canal 37 feet, more or
less, to the extension southeasterly of the northeasterly line of said
lot 49;
THENCE along said extension and along said northeasterly line

the premises herein described North 30 degrees 30 minutes West

grant to the parties of the second part the same rights that George W.
